Remember that these are social networks. If you treat them purely as an advertising platform, most people will filter you out. A more effective strategy is usually to engage the other media users as people; develop a rapport before pushing for a sale.
Each social media platform has its protocols and etiquette. Tools are available to automatically broadcast a single post across multiple accounts simultaneously, but doing so may result in ill-formatted and inappropriate content on one or more of those streams which could do more harm than good. Instead, tailor each post for a specific platform.
